Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) refers to the scope of asset management planning. It uses asset management software to organise a company’s entire physical asset base and is a cross-department, cross- facility, and cross-geography management strategy. This case study will look at how Sydney Trains implemented their own EAM:
  • Discussing the roll-out of ipads to enable mobile technical operations
  • Re-Training Staff in the new technology and processes to embed EAM into everyday practice
  • Using real-time data to analyse and monitor rolling stock during repair and maintenance
